Around 16 football teams are participating in the three-day football tournament.
In the first day of the tournament, NGP college Institute of Technology defeated Tamil Nadu College of Engineering by 2-0 in the first match.
While PSG Tech won against Coimbatore Institute of Technology 4-3 and SCAD Institute of Technology made their first victory over Park College of Engineering and Technology by 1-0.
All the teams that won have been qualified for quarter finals which will be held tomorrow.
