Coimbatore: The district level matches of the Goethe Super League, State level Inter-school football tournament was held at Nehru Stadium today. The league is organised by Goethe- Institut/Max Mueller Bhavan, the Cultural wing of the Federal German government.
Coimbatore: The district level matches of the Goethe Super League, State level Inter-school football tournament was held at Nehru Stadium today. The league is organised by Goethe- Institut/Max Mueller Bhavan, the Cultural wing of the Federal German government.
About 16 boys team and 8 girls team from the district took part in the matches. The State level finals of the Goethe Super League will be held in Chennai between 20th and 23rd of this month.
The winners and runners in Boys category and the winners in Girls category from each district will be participating in the finals. The winners of GSL will be presented with a cash prize of Rs.2 lakh.
