In a two-day match between Coimbatore and Kancheepuram, team Kancheepuram scored 224 in 84.2 overs in the first innings. While, Coimbatore were 2 for 1 at the end of day one.
Resuming the batting on day two, Coimbatore managed to get only 145 in 71.3 overs.
Coimbatore batsman G Siddharth scored a brilliant 104. However, Kancheepuram won on the first innings lead and qualified to the semi finals.
In the semi finals Kancheepuram will play against defending champions Tiruppur.
