With an avowed aim to produce future soccer champions in the country, Primitive Sports Club in association with Asian and Indian Football Federations is organizing a coaching camp for kids ( under 16) in Coimbatore.
Addressing the media on the occasion, Karthi Renganathan, the Chief Executive Officer said about 300 kids are expected to take part in the camp which will be held in three cities in Tamilnadu including Coimbatore and Chennai. We have planned to extend it to 70 cities in the nation with the sole aim of popularizing the game of soccer and creating new champions in the game. The camp would commence tomorrow in Vidya Niketan school grounds, Coimbatore.
Appealing to young school girls to take part in the camp in more numbers he said that the research is being done by Primitive sports Academy to find out ways and means to make physically- challenged persons play the game of soccer.
“Former Manger of National Under 16-foot ball team Shailesh Khargera has been roped in to train the young kids in the game of soccer” Karthi Renganathan said.
