More than 50 transgender people and transgender people participated in the 'Trans' Marathon for transgender people which was held for the first time in Coimbatore.
Coimbatore: Marathons are regularly held in various parts of Tamil Nadu on various topics including social awareness. In it, we would have seen men, women, children, girls, the elderly, so many disabled people attend.

But today, for the first time in Coimbatore, the "Trans" Marathon for transgender people was held.

More than 50 transgender people and transgender people participated in this competition.

Organized on behalf of the Mangaiyanavan Foundation, the marathon was flagged off by Coimbatore Corporation Public Health Committee Chairman Marichelvan and Former Singanallur MLA Karthik.

The marathon, which started before the Coimbatore Nehru Stadium, went on for about 3 km and ended.

During the competition, some transgender people expressed their interest and talent in the art around the statue.

Finally, certificates were awarded to all participants at the end of the competition.
