Coimbatore: After winning the opening game at the home, Chennai City FC (CCFC) had a tough time in the away games as they lost to Minerva FC and drew with Aizawl FC. The defending champions will fight tough to get back to their winning way as they clash with Neroca FC tomorrow at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in the city.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, CCFC Head Coach Akbar Nawas added, "We have won the last season with pure determination and the way we played. But we can't expect the same thing to happen every time. We learn from our mistakes, as every game is important for us. We are working on our weakness and a new group of players, it takes time to get that momentum".
"We are aware that Chennai were the champions last season, and they are a good team. They may have not had a good start but we aren’t taking them light", added Neroca FC, Captain, Marvin Devon Phillip.
Currently, Chennai City FC is at seventh place in the table with one win, one loss and a draw, while Neroca FC is placed just below Chennai City FC with just one win.

Since both the teams are looking to get points to climb up in the table, tomorrow's match will be a perfect weekend treat for all football lovers.
