Rohit Sharma is captaining India in the absence of Virat Kohli and in the process completed 100 T20I matches when he stepped out to play against Bangladesh in Rajkot.

Rohit Sharma played a match-winning innings of 85 runs off just 43 balls to knock the stuffing out of Bangladesh and guide India to an eight-wicket win on Thursday in the second T20I of the three-match series.

Playing in his 100th T20I, the stand-in skipper made it a night to remember with a sizzling batting display where he smashed six humongous sixes.

Rohit and sixes go hand in glove. It is his pure skill and talent that allows him to clear the ropes effortlessly.

One of the reasons is his bat lift and flow of the willow that he generates before contact with the ball which always gives him that extra second more than his contemporaries

His timing is literally perfect and he sees the ball quicker and thus has more time to get into a good position and thereby, he can clear the boundary with ease and can hit sixes more often than men much bigger than him can.
