Coimbatore : Tamil Nadu Under 14 girls Kabaddi team to take part in the 65th School games federation of India by School education department was selected here at Thiyagi N.G.Ramaswamy Memorial Higher Secondary School in the city on Tuesday.
Coimbatore : Tamil Nadu Under 14 girls Kabaddi team to take part in the 65th School games federation of India by School education department was selected here at Thiyagi N.G.Ramaswamy Memorial Higher Secondary School in the city on Tuesday.
Over 50 students from Coimbatore, Chennai, Salem, Thanjavur, Vellore, Kanniyakumari, Cuddalore and Madurai took part in the selection trails. Out of 56 students, 12 students were selected.
The selected students will be taking part in the SGFI national level competitions to be held later this year. Taking to SimpliCity, Raja Rajeswari, District Inspector of physical education said that, students were selected on the basis of the performances and have been and selected students will be having a camp before the national level games.
