There are plenty of talented cricketers in the world. As we have seen over a century, talent alone is not enough. Some of the athletes with great potential never pan out to become great players. What separates the good from the great is consistent performance, determination and work ethic.
Talking about his performance, Suresh Kumar added that, "after losing couple of wickets early, I was planning to play full innings. The wicket was slow and was very helpful for the batsmen to score. So I tried to stay in the middle as long as I can. As the game progressed, the wicket turned in our favour and I took the charge and played my natural game which actually gave the result".
Suresh credits his coach Suresh Kumar for his achievement.
