In a three day match which kick-started on Sunday at Sri Ramakrishna college of Arts and Science, Combined district team won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 260 runs in 120.2 overs.
Following the Combined district team decent batting performance, City's opener Anirudh provided a strong foundation for their team.
Other opener got out in the 15th over which brought Rahul Aiyyappan into the crease who joined hand with the Anirudh for a big partnership.
Even the other middle-order batsmen contributing to their team, City scored 339 for 6 in 137.4 overs at the end of day three.
