After an exciting 12 days of the tournament which witnessed 128 teams across 8 districts in Tamil Nadu battling it out, the stage is set for the State finals. Coimbatore, Erode, Karur and Salem are the top four teams featuring in the semi-finals.

To mark the success of the initiative that received mass local response from both players and fans, Asian Paints who are the hosts of the Bharat Super League 2019 held a press conference in which S Badrinath, the former Indian cricketer was present. Addressing the media, S Badrinath said, "It is great to see reputed organisations like Asian Paints lending support to build Kabaddi and boost the morale and confidence of young and dynamic players in our nation.
