Coimbatore : Hari K Pandya (66 runs) and Khush Bardia (61 runs) gave a steady start for the Combined districts team over City team in the TNCA U 14 year combined district tournament which kick started at Sri Ramakrishna College Of Arts & Science ground on Monday.

Coimbatore District Cricket Association (CDCA) is hosting the TNCA U14 years Combined districts matches here at the SNR college grounds where combined district team play against the City team and the best players from this tournament will be representing Tamil Nadu U14 state team.

The Combined districts team won the toss and elected to bat first and started their innings well. Though they lost their opener in the 9th over, Sanjay Aravind played an anchor role to stabilise the innings. Middle order batsmen Hari and Khush Bardia joined hands and posted 261 on board at day one stumps.
