Coimbatore: The department of Physical Education of Sri Krishna Institutions kicked off Sri Krishna Trophy'19 Press and Inter-Media T20 Cricket (M) tournament today at Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET), Kuniamuthur here on Saturday.
Coimbatore: The department of Physical Education of Sri Krishna Institutions kicked off Sri Krishna Trophy'19 Press and Inter-Media T20 Cricket (M) tournament today at Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET), Kuniamuthur here on Saturday.
Seven teams from Dinamalar, Dinakaran, Indian Express, The Hindu, Times of India, Deccan Chronicle and Media XI will take part in the tournament.
In the first match, Dinamalar and Media XI clashed today. Media XI won the toss and choose to bat. The team Media XI lost their wickets by 17.5 overs and manged to score 68 runs.
Batting second, Dinamalar won the match with three wickets remaining.
Dr.P.Baby Shakila, Principal of Sri Krishna Arts and Science College, Physical Education Directors of Sri Krishna Institutions Dr.C.Sureshkumar (SKCET), Dr.C.Kumaresan (SKASC) and others were present.
