Coimbatore: The Bank of Baroda, Karnataka registered their second win of the tournament after clinching a comfortable 79-67 win over the Indian Railways at the All India Basketball Tournament clash for the 54th Nachimuthu Gounder Trophy, here at the CDBA court on Tuesday.

Bank of Baroda who showed their top skills on the very first day of the tournament defeating Indian Army by 9 points, continued their top performance and form in their second game against the Indian Railways. They maintained a healthy margin from the very first quarter and continued to maintain the lead till the last quarter of the game, resulting in an easy victory.

Similarly, in the women's section for the 18th C.R.I Pump Trophy, the defending champions Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) opened their winning account by defeating the Coimbatore District Basketball Association team by a huge margin of 32 points.
