36th Youth National Basketball Championship: Hatrick win for Tamil Nadu girls

Coimbatore : Tamil Nadu girls team registered their third consecutive win, as they defeated Uttar Pradesh at the 36th Youth National Basketball Championship at PSG Tech Indoor sports complex on Friday.

Coimbatore : Tamil Nadu girls team registered their third consecutive win, as they defeated Uttar Pradesh at the 36th Youth National Basketball Championship at PSG Tech Indoor sports complex on Friday.

In the girls category, the TN team showed great skill right from the beginning of the tournament. Keeping their trophy dream alive, they clashed with UP on third match and clinched the victory by 18 points.

In the boys category, defending champions Rajasthan registered a thrilling win over Kerala boys. The match was equally poised until the Kerala boys changed their formation in the last 10 minute of the game which produced chance for the trophy holders to pounce.

Match: Haryana (83) beats Maharashtra(55).
