‘Keep going, Virat Kohli’: What Rahul Dravid had to say about India Test captain’s nostalgic photo

Remember the photo collage Virat Kohli shared showing him with Rahul Dravid?

In the iconic photo, Kohli posted a collage of two pictures - one showing a young Kohli staring then batting maestro Dravid as the former Indian captain posed with a group of players and the second showing a Kohli in his first match as India's full-time Test captain being interviewed by Dravid.

The post follows by a caption which says, 'Moments like these make you feel grateful for where you are. Once I was trying to make eye contact with this legend and then I was interviewed by him while playing test cricket for India. I guess dreams do come true.'

Now, Dravid, who is known for his modest attitude, responded in the most humble way ever by saying, 'Were you trying to only make eye contact or telling yourself, 'Buddy, I will do everything you did, but do it even better!'

The former Indian captain went on to praise Kohli and said, ' You have been remarkable Virat Kohli, keep going!! - RD (Rahul Dravid)

The post shared by 'The Wall' went viral on Facebook as fans praised the India U-19 coach's gentleman-like attitude.

Kohli scored an inspiring 147 in his maiden Test as a full-time captain in Australia which helped India draw the match. He was asked about how he felt about captaincy by Dravid, to which he answered, "Well if I have to honest I haven't slept throughout the five days." "Welcome to captaincy.", said Dravid who led India to a series win in England in 2007 after 21 long years.

While it was hardly a surprise to see the reaction of Dravid's to Kohli's post as he's known for his selfless attitude, it will be worth the wait to see if the Indian skipper can follow into the steps of the legendary Dravid who has more than 10,000 runs in Test cricket.
