Gokulam Kerala FC was leading 2-1 at the half time and that's when Manzi came out brilliant in the second half and scored two consecutive goal and enthralled the spectators.
This is the third hat trick for Manzi and with this three goals, he becomes the top scorer of the season surpassing Willis Plaza of Churchill brothers.

As always the home side took the lead early in the 8th minute of the game, as Sandro was accurate enough to shoot the corner kick to Manzi who easily guided the ball into the nets.
Exactly 10 minutes later, the visitors equalised the lead with Mudde Musa scoring a goal for the visitors. In the 38th minute, Shem Marton Eugene's handed the ball inside the box, the refree offered the visitors a penalty kick.
The guardian of CCFC managed to stop the penalty kick from Joel Sunday but the ball bounced back to Joel's leg and he capitalised the opportunity in favour of the visitors.
Just before the half time, the game turned rough as Pandian of CCFC and Jayaraj of GKFC involved in a scuffle. The referee signaled red card, after which both teams had to play with 10 players.
Chennai made their comeback hard in the second half, as they went on to score a goal in the 59th minute of the game. This time the combination on Nestor and Manzi earned them a goal and at the 80th minute Manzi scored his third hat trick of the season, as he perfectly headed the ball rebounded after Nestor's kick.
With this win, Chennai extent their lead at the top of the table with 24 points. The Spaniard, Pedro Javier Manzi was named as hero of the match for his three goals in the match.
