Coimbatore: The State level powerlifting championship was held at Maruthi Physical Education College recently.
The event was jointly organised by Tamil Nadu Power Lifting Association and Maruthi Physical Education College at the College premises here. Students from various parts of the State took part in the event.
Ruban, final year student of B.Sc. Software System and Karthik, final year B.Com student secured the second and third position respectively in the 83-kilo weightlifting category. The College management congratulated the winners.
