As many as 34 teams including 10 women's teams from various part of the state took part in the two day tournamnet.
In men's Category, University of Madras, SRM university, Anna University and Dr. MGR university are qualified for the league stages of the tournament which is to be held on Sunday.
Similarly in men's Category Bharathiar university, mother Theresa University, Karpagam university, University of Madras have been qualified for the league matches tomorrow.
Dr. Saroja prabakaran, Director of Avinashilingam educational trust inaugurated the tournament. Total cash prize worth more than five lakh rupees will be distributed to the winners of both men and women categories.
