Rameswaram: Four Tamil Nadu fishermen were arrested today by Sri Lankan Navy personnel when they werefishing near Katchativu on charges of fishing in their territorial waters.
The arrested fishermen were taken to Jaffna, Fishermen's Association President Sagayam said.
