There are unconfirmed reports that simultaneous raids were also conducted at the residences of the chief minister’s aides in Bhopal and Delhi. The I-T is yet to issue an official statement in connection with the raids.
Meanwhile, BJP’s national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargia claimed I-T sleuths recovered crores of black money during their raid. He also took a swipe at Kamal Nath saying that the raids proved that it was a case of the “thief complaining against the watchman”.
