Allswell has become known for their luxury “bed-in-a-box” mattresses that are new to the saturated market and have already made some serious noise. As of today, the Walmart brand launched another risky but bold endeavor to stand out in the home space: selling their own custom-made tiny houses.
Built by the well-known home builders Modern Tiny Living, the 238 square-foot microhome is designed to “remind guests of the comforts of home and the notion of feeling ‘allswell,'” according to a recent press release. The abode is complete with four rooms: a master bedroom, living room that makes another sleeping area, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious bathroom. An extra bonus: two of their luxe mattresses is included with the small abode.
As stated on the website, the tiny house is entirely customizable, but if you need some additional inspo, Allswell has got you covered. They built a tiny house to demo during their cross-country tour, showcasing not only the beautifully crafted exterior and interior but also as a way to market their mattresses. From the bathroom’s “It Was All A Dream” tiled walls to the vibrantly colored kitchen (with a full-sized fridge, might we add!), this home on wheels gives visitors a first-hand look at what could be.
As of today, the tiny house is open to the public in New York City, then it will begin its three-month journey starting tomorrow. It’s stopping in 13 major cities across the U.S., eventually making its way to the final destination of Seattle where its destiny is still unknown.
Allswell’s tiny home is starting at $100K and can go up in price depending on the customization.
