The syrups made by Noida- based Marion Biotech came under the scanner after 18 children who consumed it died in Uzbekistan.
Following WHO’s alert a joint team of Central and State drug regulators conducted inspection at the company’s plant in Uttar Pradesh.
Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO), has initiated a probe in connection with the death of 18 children in Uzbekistan allegedly linked to Marion Biotech of Noida.
