Cool Workouts for Hot Days - Walking

A perfect aerobic exercise. People of all ages can walk. As day break is early it is a great way to breathe in some fresh cool air, listen to the birds and walk safely without being mowed down by traffic.

Advantages: A walk can be as brisk or as slow as one wants it to be. In all ways it is beneficial as it exposes you to the sun’s rays, clean air and steps up the blood circulation. All you need is loose clothes and comfortable footwear. If you have a pet, that is extra advantage. One can walk with weights strapped to the legs, stop wherever the heart desires and do some stretches.
