Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test rescheduled; To be held from Sep. 10 to 15

The TET has been postponed due to administrative reasons.



Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) has been postponed to September due to administrative reasons. The Test which had been scheduled to be held from August 25-31 will now be held from September 10-15.

According to a press release issued by the Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB), the Test was to be held as a computer-based examination, primarily for the first paper of the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). 

Candidates who wish to undergo training for the computerised exam will be given an opportunity to practice attempting the test on the TRB's website,15 days prior to the exam. Notification in this regard, exam schedule and details of issuing permits will be announced in the first week of September.
