TNAU conducts Two-day Training programme on Novel Bakery Products

Novel Bakery products are quickly growing in popularity due to their convenience, variety, availability, and unique taste. This course has been designed to help entrepreneurs develop the skills they need to take advantage of the growth of the baking industry and open up new opportunities for self-employment.


Coimbatore: On the 20th and 21st of June 2023, a two-day training programme on "Novel Bakery Products" will be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University in Coimbatore.

Novel Bakery products are gaining popularity due to its convenience, variety, availability and unique taste. The growth of the baking industry will help to open up new opportunities for self-employment. This course has been organised with the goal of developing the skills of entrepreneurs.

The following topics will be covered in the training. 1) Variety of breads, 2) Cake and Biscuit varieties, 3) Puffs, 4) Cutlet and Samosa.

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1770.00 (1500/+ GST 18%) -(Rupees One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy only) in person on the first day of training.
