Sorghum auction held near Dharapuram, fetches Rs 3.50 lakh

For this, farmers from Tirupur and Dindigul districts brought in 15,717 kg of sorghum for sale. Many Traders participated in the auction.



Tirupur: In the indirect auction held at Alangiyam regulated market next to Dharapuram, Sorghum fetched a maximum price of Rs 2,226 and the minimum was Rs 2,180.

The indirect auction for sorghum was held at the Alangiyam Regulated Market next to Dharapuram in Tiruppur district.

For this, farmers from Tirupur and Dindigul districts brought in 15,717 kg of sorghum for sale. Many Traders participated in the auction.

The arrangements for the auction were made by supervisor Arulkumar.
