Coimbatore: A two-day training programme on “Novel Bakery Products” will be conducted in the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on March 20 and 21.

Novel Bakery products are gaining popularity due to their convenience, variety, availability and its unique taste. The growth of the bakery industry will help to create avenues for self-employment. With an aim to develop skills for entrepreneurs, this training has been organized.

The following aspects will be covered in the training:

Varieties of bread

Cake and Biscuit varieties

Puffs, Cutlet and Samosa

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1770.00 (1500/+ GST 18%)
