TNAU to host two-day training on 'Value Addition of Noni, Tomato and Papaya' on Feb. 15, 16 in Coimbatore

Coimbatore: A two-day training on 'Value Addition of Noni, Tomato and Papaya' is being organized on February 15 and 16 at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research, Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.

Processing of Noni, Tomato and Papaya into the following value-added products will be covered under this training program:

* Noni – Plain Noni Juice, Jam, Squash, Pickle

* Tomato – Sauce, Ketchup, Puree, Paste

* Papaya – Squash, Jam, Tuti fruity

Those interested in participating in the workshop are requested to pay Rs.1,770 in person on the first day of training.
