TNAU to conduct training on value-added products from Noni, Tomato and Papaya on Oct. 10 and 11

Those interested in the training program will have to pay Rs.1,770 in person, on the first day of the training.


Coimbatore: Two days training on 'Value addition of Noni, Tomato and Papaya' will be organized at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on October 10 and 11.

Processing of Noni, Tomato and Papaya into the following value- added products will be covered under this training program:

Noni – Plain Noni Juice, Jam, Squash, Pickle.

Tomato – Sauce, Ketchup, Puree, Paste.

Papaya – Squash, Jam, Tuti fruity.

Those interested in the training program will have to pay Rs.1,770 in person, on the first day of the training. The venue can be reached by halting at Bus stop: Gate no.07 (opposite gate to Botanical Garden), TNAU via Marudhamalai Road.
