TNAU to conduct two-day training on 'Novel Bakery Products' on Aug. 16 and 17 at its Coimbatore campus

The topics that will be covered in the training are Variety of Bread, Cake and Biscuit Varieties, Puffs, Cutlet and Samosa.


Coimbatore: A two-day training program on “Novel Bakery Products” is to be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) campus in Coimbatore on August 16 and 17.

Novel Bakery products are gaining popularity due to their convenience, variety, availability and unique taste. The growth of the bakery industry will help to create avenues for self-employment and hence the two-day training program is being organized with an aim to develop skills for entrepreneurs in the bakery industry.

The following aspects will be covered in the training:

Cake and Biscuit Varieties

Puffs, Cutlet and Samosa

Those interested in the training are requested to pay Rs.1770 (1500/+ GST 18%) in person, on the first day of the training which is being held at
