Coimbatore: A two-day training program on “Novel Bakery Products†is to be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) campus in Coimbatore on August 16 and 17.
Novel Bakery products are gaining popularity due to their convenience, variety, availability and unique taste. The growth of the bakery industry will help to create avenues for self-employment and hence the two-day training program is being organized with an aim to develop skills for entrepreneurs in the bakery industry.
