TNAU to conduct training program on 'Preparation of Bakery and Confectionery Products' on July 12, 13

Those interested in the training program are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500 + 18 % GST on the first day of the training program.


A two-day training program on 'Preparation of Bakery and Confectionery Products' will be conducted by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on July 12 and 13.

Bakery products have always been in high demand among the public and the growth of the bakery industry has helped create several avenues for self-employment. With the combination of sugar, cocoa and dairy products, a wide range of confectionery is prepared.

With an aim to develop skilled entrepreneurs in the bakery industry, TNAU will host the two-day training program 'Preparation of Bakery and Confectionery Products' which will cover the following aspects: training:

ï‚· Variety of breads

ï‚· Cake and Biscuit varieties

ï‚· Chocolate (homemade)

ï‚· Fruit candy

ï‚§ Chikkies

ï‚§ Lollipop and Jujips

ï‚§ Fondant and Fudge
