The two days of training on “Value Addition of Mushroom and Moringa’’ will be organized at the Centre for Post-Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University from 08.06.2022 to 09.06.2022.
Coimbatore: The Processing of Mushroom and Moringa into the following value-added products will be covered under this training program:
·Moringa – Moringa leaf powder, Moringa powder, powder incorporated Paruppu podi, Sambar podi, Cookies, Adai, Noodles, and Moringa Pickle,
·Mushroom – Mushroom Powder, powder-based Soup mix, Noodles, cookies, and Mushroom Pickle.
Interested persons are requested to pay Rs.1,770/- in person on the first day of training.
