Coimbatore: The Controllerate of Examinations and the Directorate of Agri-Business Development of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) jointly organized ICAR – NAHEP – IDP funded one day training cum sensitization programme on Learning and Examination Management System through Secured Digital Pad on 18.12.2020for the Deans, Directors and Administrators of TNAU.
Coimbatore: The Controllerate of Examinations and the Directorate of Agri-Business Development of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) jointly organized ICAR – NAHEP – IDP funded one day training cum sensitization programme on Learning and Examination Management System through Secured Digital Pad on 18.12.2020for the Deans, Directors and Administrators of TNAU.
Prof. Dr. N. Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, TNAU inaugurated the training programme and strongly advised the University Officers to equip themselves on use of modern digital devices and equipments for effectively implementing the novel technologies for teaching and to constantly strive to upgrade the knowledge and skill sets required with the rapid advances happening in the field of information technology.
Dr. K. Soorianathasundaram, Controller of Examinations welcomed the gathering and narrated that the sensitisation programme is organised to train the Deans and Directors of TNAU on use of Digital pad device for managing office administration and as an aid for engaging the students through creative digital tools and to develop collaborative lectures for remote and regular teaching.
Dr. S.D. Sivakumar, Director, Agri Business Development and Principal Investigator of ICAR-NAHEP-IDP acknowledged the role of Indian Council of Agricultural Research- National Higher Education Programme, (ICAR-NAHEP) for such initiatives and proposed the vote of Thanks.

The training cum sensitization programme was attended by 24 Deans and Directors from different College campuses and Directorates of TNAU and the programme was organized with the financial support of National Higher Education Programme, Institutional Development Programme of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR-NAHEP-IDP), New Delhi.
