Coimbatore: A two-day training on program on “Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles” will be organized at Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on February 18-19, 2020.
The participants will be trained to prepare various masala powders, bittergourd pickle, ready to use pastes, brinjal pickle, mushroom pickle, onion pickle and banana flower pickle and other pickles.
Those interested are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1,770 (inclusive of GST) on the first day of training.
