TNAU to conduct training on value added products from Moringa and Mushroom

Coimbatore: A two-days training on value added products from Moringa and Mushroom will be organized at Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on February 11-12, 20202.

Coimbatore: A two-days training on value added products from Moringa and Mushroom will be organized at Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on February 11-12, 20202. 

Processing of Moringa and Mushroom into value-added products will be covered under this training programme. 

Moringa powder, paruppu podi, sambar podi, cookies, adai mix, moringa pickle, moringa noodles and similar products on Mushroom will also be trained. And, details for obtaining license for establishing fruit processing industry will also be provided. 

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1770 inclusive of GST on the first day of training.
