Coimbatore: A two-day training on preparation of bakery and confectionery products will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on February 5-6, 2020.
As bakery products are gaining popularity, training on varieties of confectionery products including variety of breads, biscuits, candy, cakes, chikkies, chocolate (home-made), lollipop and jujups, fondant and fudge will be trained to the participants.
Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500 with an additional GST on the first day of the training programme.
