Coimbatore: A two-day training on 'Value Added Products from Noni’ will be organized at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University between January 21-22, 2020.
The training programme covers processing of Noni (Morinda citrifolia) into various value added products like Noni concentrate, squash, jam, pickles and packaging technologies.
Interested persons can pay a training fee of Rs.1,500 on the first day of the training programme.
