TNAU to hosts two-day training program on 'Value-added Products from Moringa and Mushroom' on Nov 12, 13

Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has organized for a two-day training program on 'Value Added Products from Moringa and Mushroom' at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute at TNAU on November 12 and 13, between 9 am to 5 pm.


Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has organized for a two-day training program on 'Value Added Products from Moringa and Mushroom' at the Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute at TNAU on November 12 and 13, between 9 am to 5 pm.

The training program will cover the processing of Moringa and Mushroom into the following value-added products:

Moringa - Moringa powder, Paruppu podi, Sambar podi, Cookies, Adai mix, Moringa pickle, Moringa noodles.

Mushroom - Mushroom powder, Soup mix, Mushroom noodles, Mushroom pickle, Cookies.

The details for obtaining license for establishing the fruit processing industry will also be imparted. Theose interested in participating are requested to pay a training fee of Rs. 1770 (1500+GST 18%) on the first day of training.
