One-day training on 'Value-added products from Millets' in Kinathukadavu on Oct. 18

Coimbatore: A one-day training on 'Value Added Products from Millets' is to be organized at the Food Processing Incubation-cum- Training Centre (FPITC), Regulated Market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Opposite to Kodathavadi Pirivu in Kinathukadavu on October 18.

Coimbatore: A one-day training on 'Value Added Products from Millets' is to be organized at the Food Processing Incubation-cum- Training Centre (FPITC), Regulated Market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Opposite to Kodathavadi Pirivu in Kinathukadavu on October 18. 

Millets play a major role in improving the health of human beings due to its nutritional value. However, it is very sparingly used in our daily diet. Millets are more nutritious and value-added products of millets have more health benefits. With an aim to develop skills to entrepreneurs, the training has been organized to learn preparation processes of traditional foods, pastas and instant food mixes.

Interested persons are requested to pay Rs.750 in person, on the day of training.
