Coimbatore : The Tamil Nadu Agriculture University (TNAU) is organising a one-day training program on 'Preparation of Spice Powder and Pickles' at the Food Processing Incubation-cum-Training Centre (FPITC) on September 20.
The training program will be held at the FPITC, Regulated Market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Opp to Kothavadi Pirivu, Kinathukadavu.
The training program will feature the preparation of sambar powder, mixed vegetable pickle, biriyani masala, banana flower pickle, chicken 65 masala powder, bitter gourd pickle and channa masala powder. Those interested can pay Rs. 750 in person, on the day of the training.
