Coimbatore: A two-day training on 'Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles' is to be conducted by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on August 28 and 29.
Participants will be trained on processing technologies for Masala powders, Ready-to-use pastes, Mushroom pickle, Banana flower pickle, Bitter gourd pickle, Brinjal pickle and Onion pickle. Those interested are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500 and an added GST on the first day of the training program.
