Coimbatore : A two-day training session on “Commercial Production of Vegetable and Fruit Products” will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on July 30 and 31 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
Hands on training will be given on the following processing technologies -
dehydrated vegetables and fruits, pickles, mixed fruit jam, tomato ketchup, squash, candy, beverages and fruit bar.
Interested persons are requested to pay fee of Rs.1500/ + GST 18% in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of Professor and Head, CPHT payable at Coimbatore and should be sent to the Professor and Head, Centre for Post Harvest Technology, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore – 641003.
