TNAU conducts training on Value Added Products from Moringa and Mushroom

Coimbatore : Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will be conducting a two-day training on Value Added Products from Moringa and Mushroom on July 17-18 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

Coimbatore : Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will be conducting a two-day training on Value Added Products from Moringa and Mushroom on July 17-18 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. 

The training will cover topics like preparation of Moringa powder, Paruppu podi, Sambar podi, Biscuit, Adai mix, Moringa Pickle, Moringa Noodles, Mushroom soup mix, Mushroom Noodles, Mushroom Pickle, Biscuit, Mushroom Powder and details for obtaining license for establishing fruit processing industry will also be dealt during the training. 

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1770 on the first day of training.
