Coimbatore : The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) will be organising a two-day training on preparation of 'Instant Food Mixes.
The training will be held at TNAU campus on June, 26 and 27 between 9.30 AM to 5.00 PM. The participants will be taught to make Health mix, Halwa mix, Dosa mix, Gulab jamun mix, Adai mix, Ice cream mix, Dhokla mix, Tomato rice mix, Bisibelabath mix, Soup mixes and Kheer mix, a release said.
A training fee of Rs. 1500 should be remitted on the 1st day of the training programme at the venue.
