TNAU to host training program on 'Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles' on May 30, 31

Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is organizing a two-day training program on 'Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles' on May 30 and 31, between 9.30 a.m to 5 pm.

Coimbatore: The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is organizing a two-day training program on 'Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles' on May 30 and 31, between 9.30 a.m to 5 pm.

The training fee for the program is Rs.1,500. Interested individuals are requested to pay the fee on the first day of the training program. The training includes preparation of masala powders, ready-to-use paste, mushroom pickle, banana flower pickle, bitter gourd pickle, brinjal pickle and onion pickle.
