TNAU to conduct training program on 'Value-added Products from Amla' on March 29

Coimbatore : The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is conducting a one-day training program on 'Value-Added Products from Amla' on March 29 at the Food Processing Incubation-cum-Training Centre.

Coimbatore : The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is conducting a one-day training program on 'Value-Added Products from Amla' on March 29 at the Food Processing Incubation-cum-Training Centre. 

Processing of Amla into value-added products and details on license will be covered under this program. Participants can learn how to process Amla beverages – Squash, ready to serve and plain juice, Dehydrated Amla products – Candy, Supari and Powder and learn details for obtaining a license for establishing a fruit processing industry.

The venue for this training program will be Food Processing Incubation-cum-Training Centre (FPITC), Regulated Market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Opp. To Kodathvadi Pirivu, Kinathukadavu.
