TNAU conducts training on ‘Value Added Products from Millets’

Coimbatore : A two-day training program on 'Value Added Products from Millets' is to be hosted by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on February 26 and 27.

Coimbatore : A two-day training program on 'Value Added Products from Millets' is to be hosted by the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on February 26 and 27.

A release from TNAU states, "Millets are more nutritious and value-added products made from millets have more health benefits. With an aim to develop skills of entrepreneurs, this training has been organized. During the training program, participants will be taught on preparation of traditional foods, pasta foods, bakery products and instant food mixes. Those interested are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500 on the first day of the training program."
