Coimbatore : The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is conducting a training program on preparation of spice powders and pickles on February 4 and 5, between 9.30 am and 5 pm.
During the training, the participants will be taught how to prepare masala powder, bitter gourd pickle, ready-to-use pastes, brinjal pickle, mushroom pickle, onion pickle and banana flower pickle. Interested candidates are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500 before the training program commences.
