TNAU to offer two-day training on 'Novel Bakery Products,' on Jan 29 and 30

Coimbatore : The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is to conduct a two-day training program on 'Novel Bakery Products' on the campus, on January 29 and 30.

Coimbatore : The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is to conduct a two-day training program on 'Novel Bakery Products' on the campus, on January 29 and 30. 

According to a TNAU release, participants at the two-day training program will be taught to make a variety of breads, puffs, cutlets, samosas, cakes and biscuit varieties.

Those interested in participating are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500 on the first day of the training program.
